Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess experience processing payroll in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while serving as a resource for employees regarding payroll-related questions and concerns.
ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll for employees.
Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings for accuracy.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity within payroll systems.
Respond to payroll inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Assist with payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle payroll processing as needed.
Prepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Partner with Human Resources and Accounting teams to ensure accurate employee information and payroll changes.
Assist with W-2s, payroll audits, and other payroll-related projects.
