Payroll Specialist

Description Part-Time Payroll Specialist (On-Site) Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM We are seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to join our team, with potential to transition into a permanent, permanent role. This position is 100% on-site and supports a team of approximately 50 employees.

Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll across 3 payrolls Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions Handle payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy/compliance Utilize ADP for payroll processing

Qualifications:

Experience with ADP required Certified payroll experience preferred Construction industry knowledge strongly preferred Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple payrolls This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours with long-term potential! Requirements

• Experience handling full-cycle payroll from data entry through final processing and record maintenance.
• Background managing multi-state payroll in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of payroll deductions, wage garnishments, and retirement contributions such as 401(k) plans.
• Familiarity with certified payroll processes is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of payroll practices within the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Experience using ADP or comparable payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple payroll schedules.
