Join a team that's dedicated to helping people write their next chapter. TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a part-time Member Advisor to join our team at our Grass Lake Branch location. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you. As a Member Advisor, you'll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience. Pay & Benefits $17.00-$18.50 per hour Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) 12 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Pension plan Gym membership reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Growth and development opportunities Schedule Up to 26-29 hours per week , including: Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m. 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service to members Process transactions accurately and efficiently Open and maintain deposit accounts Assist members with consumer loan applications Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals Educate members about fraud prevention and account security Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort using technology and learning new systems Why TRUE?
