You must have good customer service, with no felonies. You need to be a well rounded person that works great with a team and as an individual. Working in a smoke shop is a laid back environment, but we still have daily tasks and other responsibilities that must be met on a daily basis. You are expected to be up and moving as much as possible.

IT IS IS IMPORTANT TO REALIZE THIS IS A SALES POSITION!

Duties:

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers with their purchases
• Learn about the products we sell
• Put customers onto your favorite items!
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Restock and record low inventory
• complete all assigned tasks during shift

Requirements:

• Basic math skills are required, retail math is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Willing to pick up the phone when called and pick up shifts when able.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Have outstanding punctuality
