Job Description

Sr. Pricing Manager, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Work closely with a global set of stakeholders on market conditions to adopt specific price and annual price strategies. Identify development pricing tools, such as analyzing pricing models in collaboration with Pricing Analytics team. Support price execution initiatives by executing and enforcing standard processes for robust repeatable deal support and evaluation. Drive the pricing process for assigned businesses and regions. Fulfill pricing requests from other departments. Review and support deal analysis using supporting materials, pricing tools, and data to determine acceptability and build end-to-end view on profitability. Execute and communicate pricing decisions in alignment with pricing strategies and the objectives of related pricing levers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing activities of strategic customer accounts with in-depth knowledge of customer contracts and pricing obligations and analysis of global pricing. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Food Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of related work experience. Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: Providing change management leadership, and planning and implementing new pricing processes and systems; Preparing and analyzing pricing performance reporting, identifying pricing opportunities, and analyzing customer performance; Defining and executing the annual pricing strategy for assigned business and product lines to meet the company's revenue and margin growth requirements; Synthesizing marketing and pricing information to draw insights and actionable recommendations; Negotiating prices based on a thorough understanding of sales and marketing practices; Utilizing Excel to develop ad-hoc analysis and sustainable analytical models and reports; and Power BI and large ERP systems, such as SAP and JDE. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
