You'll be the person our clients actually look forward to hearing from. The one who explains a complex tax situation without making their eyes glaze over. What you'll actually do Review complex individual, business, and entity tax returns — and catch what the software missed Analyze financial statements and translate them into plain English your clients will actually understand Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of business clients — building real relationships, not just completing transactions Manage workflow and deadlines across a team — keeping everyone on track without losing your cool during busy season Proactively educate clients on tax-saving opportunities, planning strategies, and what's changing in their world Mentor and support junior staff — the kind of manager who helps people grow, not just delegates Handle real estate, small business, and medical/dental practice engagements with confidence Who you are 7-10 years of public accounting experience — you've seen the full cycle and then some CPA license is a big plus, but your skills and attitude matter more than the letters after your name You actually enjoy talking to clients — explaining things clearly is a skill you've sharpened, not something you tolerate You're a natural teacher — you leave every client interaction with them knowing something they didn't before You're organized, dependable, and the kind of person who closes the loop without being asked You can manage up, down, and sideways — workflow doesn't scare you, it motivates you Experience with real estate, closely-held businesses, or healthcare practices is a serious advantage Why join us A firm that values advisory thinking — not just compliance work.
