In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant tax returns for individuals & corporations. Duties Prepare and review a wide range of tax returns including individual & corporate with precision and adherence to current tax laws. Assist clients with tax planning strategies. Analyze financial statements and reports using accounting software like QuickBooks, Drake, or similar tools to gather necessary data for accurate tax reporting. Reconcile accounts such as the general ledger, balance sheets, and accounts payable to ensure data accuracy before filing. Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients through effective client communication skills; provide guidance on tax law changes and implications. Skills Strong knowledge of tax law, tax reporting requirements, and tax compliance procedures across various sectors including corporate and individual taxes. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks & Drake. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and perform account reconciliation accurately.
