Responsibilities:

• Direct the organization's accounting function, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and aligned with established reporting standards.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, delivering timely analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting efforts and monitor performance against financial plans, highlighting variances and recommending corrective action.
• Manage audit readiness and coordinate with internal and external auditors to support efficient and well-documented review processes.
• Apply GAAP principles across financial activities and maintain compliance with relevant accounting policies and controls.
• Supervise general ledger activity, reconciliations, and period-end close processes to promote consistency and accuracy.
• Partner with operational and executive stakeholders to provide financial guidance, planning support, and performance insight.
• Utilize NetSuite to manage reporting, improve financial visibility, and support efficient accounting workflows.
