This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who enjoys partnering with plant operations, leading an accounting team, and driving business decisions through financial insight. You'll work closely with plant leadership while supporting corporate financial reporting and strategic initiatives. Oversee month-end and year-end close. Prepare weekly forecasts, annual budgets, and financial reporting. Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, scrap, and operational performance. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and capital expenditures. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate reporting requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits. Partner with operations to identify cost savings and continuous improvement opportunities. Lead and develop the accounting team. Support capital projects through financial analysis and payback calculations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred. Five or more years of accounting leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience as a Plant Controller, Manufacturing Controller, Financial Controller, or similar leadership role strongly preferred.
