Responsible for implementation of new accounting standards and review and remediation as required for application of existing requirements. Ensure accounting issues management and resolution working across different businesses and engaging multiple stakeholders. Act as the key stakeholder of the integration of the accounting function into the LVMH ecosystem both in terms of Accounting Principles and Reporting System. Ensure that proper organizational structure is in place to meet assigned responsibilities & deliverables in this area. Develop and manage accounting team ensuring that proper guidance and that support is provided. Foster collaboration with peers in global finance and any other intimately linked cross-functional departments.
Apply Now Position Overview:
The VP - Controller will lead the global accounting function. The scope includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk. This role will enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results are accurate and timely. This function will participate actively to the ERP regular improvements aligned with LVMH - Tiffany roadmap, including the integration to the Group Reporting system. This function will act as a key business partner to senior management team and business leaders.Key Accountabilities:
Provide strategic leadership over global accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, sale audit, payroll and system for the Company. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements. Lead necessary systems, policies, internal controls and processes to support the business.Responsible for implementation of new accounting standards and review and remediation as required for application of existing requirements.
