Summary Eidi Properties is seeking a Co-Controller to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is integral to managing our financial operations, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring full compliance with established accounting standards. The Co-Controller will support the financial stewardship of our legacy properties and contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and operational integrity across our commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing all property-level and corporate accounting functions Oversee and manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Manage monthly, quarterly and year end closing processes Manage year-end CAM reconciliations for commercial properties Maintain accounting controls, policies and reporting procedures across multiple ownership entities. Assist in monitoring and processing rents receivable, collaborating with accounts receivable and the management team. Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Oversee and review general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and industry standards. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support external audits, tax filings, and lender reporting requirements. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting best practices. Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing and new property accounting transitions

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Manage year-end CAM reconciliations for commercial properties. Assist in monitoring and processing rents receivable, collaborating with accounts receivable and the management team. Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Support external audits, tax filings, and lender reporting requirements. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience in commercial real estate or property management. Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting principles. Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and consolidations. Experience with commercial leases, CAM reconciliations and property-level reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting systems, Yardi is a plus. Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills with attention to detail and formula use. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with ownership, lenders, accountants and internal team members.
