This is a high-support mobile physician role for an MD who is personable, clinically strong, comfortable with technology, and able to build trusted relationships with patients, families, facility staff, and care teams. Compensation $325,000-$350,000 per year Compensation options: $325,000 per year with company driver $350,000 per year for self-drive option Mileage reimbursement provided for self-drive option Position type: 1099 Independent Contractor About the Role HouseCall MD physicians visit patients in: Private homes Assisted living facilities Skilled nursing and residential care settings You will provide primary care, chronic condition management, post-hospital follow-up visits, and care coordination in the field. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys relationship-based care and wants to practice with strong operational support. Centralized scheduling Chart preparation Office support for orders, referrals, follow-ups, and coordination Proprietary mobile app for route optimization Geographic clustering of visits to reduce driving time AI-integrated EMR system Dictation tools for documentation Optional company driver Key Responsibilities Provide medical visits in homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing settings Manage chronic conditions and routine primary care needs Conduct post-hospital follow-up visits when appropriate Communicate clearly with patients, families, caregivers, nurses, and facility staff Participate in IDTs and facility care coordination when needed Help build strong relationships with facility teams and leadership Document visits in the electronic medical record Use mobile technology and app-based workflows during the day Represent HouseCall MD professionally in the community Who We're Looking For We are looking for a physician who is not only clinically capable, but also warm, reliable, and relationship-oriented.

Qualifications Required:

MD Active California Medical License Active DEA license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Full-time availability Comfortable covering the San Gabriel Valley and nearby Los Angeles area

Preferred:
