About Secure Income Management Secure Income Management is an Inc. 5000 financial services firm specializing in estate planning, fixed indexed annuities, and registered investment products for retirees across California. We are scaling rapidly after acquiring a large client book of business that needs licensed advisors to service it. We're not an IMO. We don't loan you marketing money and claw it back. We invest in our advisors with paid training, set appointments, and a clear path to top-tier production. The Role You'll meet with pre-qualified retiree clients (average age 68) in their homes for estate planning consultations that lead into needs-based annuity conversations. Every client has already attended a live estate planning seminar and purchased a $799 attorney-prepared living trust package. Your job is to review their trust documents, conduct a needs analysis, and present appropriate fixed indexed annuity, registered investment, or alternative investment solutions when there's a fit. The pipeline is built. We just need licensed advisors to work it. Here's what your day-to-day looks like: 6-8 new in-home appointments per week 5 days a week of availability Up to 90-minute drive radius from your home base Mandatory in-person Monday team meetings (Northern or Southern California depending on your territory) Mandatory 3-day boot camp at our Tucson HQ when you onboard (all expenses paid) The top performers on our team have one thing in common: they keep their calendar open and follow the process. Compensation — Tiered & Retroactive Tier 1: 32.5% of street carrier commission (from $1) Tier 2 ($6M lifetime premium sold): 37.5% — retroactive back to $1 of premium Tier 3 ($12M lifetime premium sold): 42.5% — retroactive back to $1 $100 bonus per trust funding consultation (paid per documented conversation, not per close) Same-day commission advance available once application is submitted in good order Full commission paid within 24 hours of carrier processing (typically 2-4 weeks) Realistic Earnings Expectations Earnings on this commission structure depend entirely on calendar availability, license status, production history, and adherence to our sales process. Top-tier producers with consistent calendar availability and proven closing ability can scale into the upper end of the listed pay range over time. Income is not guaranteed and varies by performance. President's Club incentive program runs annually for top producers.
Required:
Active California-resident with life insurance license (no exceptions for this role) 2+ years of commission-based sales experience Verifiable production history — $100K+ in earnings with documentation Reliable transportation and willingness to drive up to 90 minutes for appointments
Preferred:
Recent annuity or life insurance sales experience Series 65 or 7 Strong closer from any industry — high-ticket home services (roofing, solar, windows), mortgage, real estate — willing to commit to using their license full-time Important — Please Read Before Applying This is a 1099 commission only role You cannot maintain a current broker-dealer affiliation You cannot maintain commitments that prevent transferring all life and annuity carrier contracts to us All in-home appointments are pre-set by us — your job is to close, not source How to Apply — we're hiring our next class for the boot camp starting May 26 in Tucson.
