  • Full-time General Manager We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily business operations, revenue generation, staff leadership, and guest experience initiatives across a high-volume, customer-focused entertainment and hospitality environment.
This role is responsible for leading retail operations, food and beverage sales, private event bookings, team development, human resources functions, and overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences while driving profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, clean, efficient, and guest-friendly environment Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards Monitor facility maintenance, inventory levels, vendor relationships, and operational budgets Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local/state employment laws Analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability Retail & Food Sales Manage retail and food service operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction Monitor sales performance, labor costs, inventory control, and product merchandising Develop promotions, pricing strategies, and upselling initiatives to increase per-capita spending Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain product quality and cost control Evaluate sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement Event Sales & Bookings Lead private event operations including corporate functions, birthday parties, group reservations, and special events Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase bookings and event revenue Ensure exceptional execution of all events from planning through completion Build relationships with community partners, organizations, and clients to generate repeat business Staff Leadership & Human Resources Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise department managers and hourly staff Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture Conduct employee evaluations, coaching sessions, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, scheduling, and compliance with HR policies Develop leadership talent and support ongoing employee training and professional development Financial Management Manage budgets, forecasting, payroll, and cost controls across all departments Review financial reports and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making Identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining high-quality guest experiences Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and financial accountability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field preferred 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, food service, attractions, or multi-department operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven experience managing high-volume operations and large teams Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, budgeting, and operational planning Experience with event coordination, retail sales strategies, and food service operations preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed Preferred Skills Strong customer service and guest relations background Ability to manage staff
