Job Description

We are currently seeking a
  • VIP Experience Coordinator
  • to join our team at our client's corporate office, providing white-glove support to our clients VIP and VVIP guests. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, service-minded professional who excels in high-touch guest experience, relationship management, and concierge-level coordination.

  • About the Role
  • As a
  • VIP Experience Coordinator
  • , you will deliver a seamless, premium shopping and ownership experience by supporting referrals from executive leadership and managing the end-to-end journey for VIP and VVIP guests. This position requires exceptional communication, professionalism, service execution, and coordination skills while partnering closely with retailer and regional leadership teams.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • VIP/VVIP
    Guest Engagement & Service Delivery
  • + Receive VIP and VVIP referrals from executive leadership; confirm details, timelines, expectations, and guest needs.
+ Conduct initial guest outreach to understand goals, preferences, vehicle sizing/fit needs, and (as appropriate) budget parameters. + Develop a personalized service plan and timeline for each guest. + Coordinate all appointments, communications, and touchpoints through post-purchase follow-up.
  • Retailer Partnership & Premium Handoffs
  • + Serve as the primary white-glove handoff point between guests and retailer partners.
+ Connect directly with retailer and regional leadership to align on expectations, deliverables, and next steps. + Ensure retailer readiness, including inventory visibility, product options, onboarding steps, and delivery coordination. + Provide timely status updates to internal executive stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Issue Resolution & Process Improvement
  • + Resolve service concerns quickly and professionally; escalate issues as needed.
+ Coordinate solutions across internal teams and external retailer partners. + Document guest preferences, interactions, and outcomes in approved systems. + Identify opportunities to enhance

processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Required Qualifications
  • + High school diploma or equivalent + 1+ year in guest services, concierge, client service, hospitality, customer support, retail partnership support, or event support (VIP/high-touch preferred) + Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver luxury-level service to
VIP/VVIP
guests + Strong coordination and relationship-management skills + Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and comfort learning internal ticket/request systems + High attention to detail, follow-through, and discretion with sensitive information + Ability to work onsite full time; occasional evenings/weekends as needed to support
VIP/VVIP
timelines + Physical ability to work onsite, move throughout the office, and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
