Position Hours:

Shift:

Must work afternoons and evenings (shifts of either 12-8 or 11-7 Monday-Friday for PT30 or FT) or 10-5 on Saturdays/Sundays. Must work at least 2 days per week in-person. The remaining day(s) can be virtual if desired.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Master 's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field Must be Licensed as a therapist in the state of NJ and in good standing MUST have niche expertise in trauma, OCD, and/or ADHD. Preference given to those with Certifications or advanced experience in ERP, EMDR/Trauma, or DBT

• Maintain a caseload of 12+ clients per week. Room for growth if interested. Availability and methods to conduct tele-therapy (webcam, privacy, internet , device, etc) as well as in-person therapy (access to transportation to our office) Ability to complete paperwork necessary for clients through the practice 's electronic medical record system If fully licensed
• Must be in-network with Horizon BCBS and Aetna in the state of NJ.

If not credentialed, must be in agreement to get credentialed with the group

LOCATION

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• 1:1 individual therapy sessions with clients in our office location
• Ability to work with clients ages 12+ with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, etc.
• Will have task supervision and clinical input from the director and clinical team. Mandatory at least once a month but can meet weekly as well.
• Opportunity to gain supervision hours counting towards Licensure if applicable
