As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will have the opportunity to, Primarily work with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and providing 1:1 in-home, school, or community therapy Teach our clients to excel by coaching them in areas including, self-help, motor, play, social skills, behavior modification, academics and more Work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to help each client meet their unique developmental goals while enriching their lives along with receiving support in pursuing your own skill set and career goals Promote from within the organization while pursuing your BCBA Qualifications Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home, school, or community setting, preferred. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (Autism preferred)
