Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A school in Seaside, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to an elementary caseload. This contract position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours, starting ASAP through June 5th, 2026.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Experience working with elementary-aged students Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior plans Provide direct behavior analytic services to students Collaborate with school staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions Train and support teachers and staff on behavior strategies
Location:
Seaside, California This role offers hourly compensation between $55 and $70, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position is a contract assignment providing valuable exposure within an educational environment.
