Job Description

RSD17 is seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our district. We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, and who brings consistency, patience, and strong data-driven practice to their work. The successful candidate will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect and record behavioral data, and work closely with teachers, related service providers, and families to support student progress.
