9677881-19805 Job Description Make an immediate impact supporting elementary-aged students in an Autism Program as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located near Wilmington, DE. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work closely within a collaborative school environment, providing vital support where its needed most.

Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification Active Delaware PARA Permit School-based experience, particularly with elementary-aged students (strongly preferred) Demonstrated ability in supporting students with challenging behaviors, including physical intervention strategies when appropriate Skilled in collecting and documenting behavioral and instructional data in a classroom setting Comfortable and willing to assist with bathroom duties, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene support (required) Strong team orientation and adaptability; assignments may shift per school needs Commitment to the full scheduled day, 8:45 AM 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with no allowance for partial shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in the autism program using individualized behavioral interventions Collect, organize, and report classroom and behavioral data as required Collaborate with special education teams and classroom staff to meet students goals Participate in essential care for students, including all aspects of hygiene and toileting Remain flexible, proactively addressing classroom and student-based changes as needed This role runs from October 30, 2026, through February 1, 2027, and involves a daily 30-minute break. Consistent, on-site attendance is essential; reliable transportation is required.
