About us Preferred Medical Group is a multi specialty group, currently looking for Registered Behavior Technicians for our rapidly growing practices in East Alabama.
RBT Registered Behavior Technician Full Job Description Company Description:
Registered Behavior Technician We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing organization. Behavior Technicians are responsible for assisting BCBA's implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. The RBT must possess an understanding of autism and how to treat the deficits and behaviors associated with the diagnosis and learn applied behavior analysis (ABA) standards and practices. We are looking for motivated and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians to complete the following duties:
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA in clients' homes, schools, or other public places.
  • Provide one-on-one in-home and community based Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
  • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, supervisors and other applicable parties.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • 18 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Have completed or complete the 40-Hour Training
  • Complete Initial Competency Assessment
  • CPR Certification (in person certification required)|
  • Maintain ongoing supervision, adhere to ethics, and renew annually
Work Remotely No Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
