Active BCBA certification Illinois BCBA license (required) Experience in school settings or working with elementary-age children strongly preferred Ability to provide behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, and supervise implementation Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, support staff, and families Familiarity with state and district-level procedures and expectations for student behavioral services

Your Key Responsibilities:

Serve a full-time, onsite schedule assisting across all elementary schools Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate on the development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Guide and provide training to educators and support staff on behavioral strategies and data collection Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district requirements Participate in IEP meetings, sharing professional recommendations and supporting student goals Act as a resource for families on behavioral supports and progress Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students and staff
