9671732-60120 Job Description Seeking a skilled professional to provide essential support in an elementary school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting with the development and implementation of programs for high-needs students. The position is available to start as soon as possible and is scheduled to continue through December 2026, with a potential option to extend.

Key Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification is required Experience working in schools or with elementary-aged children preferred Strong skills in behavior intervention, assessment, and support planning Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and administration Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges and providing solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key support within the building for high-needs students requiring extra behavior or programmatic assistance Resent and help develop programs to meet the needs of specific students Work closely with educators and staff to implement behavior intervention strategies Provide guidance, modeling, and training as needed to ensure consistency and efficacy in behavioral supports Support the overall behavioral climate of the school, focusing on positive change and student well-being Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments
