Qualifications & Experience:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based behavioral interventions Flexibility to adapt to new environments and teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) for students Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective strategies Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Monitor student progress, adapting plans as necessary Offer training and support for school personnel in behavioral best practices
