Job Description:
We are in need of an
EXPERIANCED
Behavior Technicians in Greenville and Belding for day time hours (Monday-Friday, 10AM-2PM; Hours may change ) . We are expanding as well, if you join our team your hours will grow as we do. Working one on one with clients on the autism spectrum and their families in their homes. Work directly with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement the teaching of various life skills, while teaching the parents/guardians how to continue the skill building.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour for direct client hours ($25 for those with RBT) and $15.00 an hour for non-client hours.
Responsibilities include:
One-on-one instruction with children/individuals diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) primarily in their home, but may also include community, school environments, or in our practice location in Greenville. 3 hour shifts (typically late afternoons early evenings). Bringing a fun and positive attitude to a creative learning environment for your client. Follow plans and interventions developed by a Behavior Analyst including: Play Behavior, Functional Communication, Adaptive Daily Living Skills, Social Skills, Emotional Regulation, Tolerance, Aid in the Collection of Clinical Data, Attend Trainings, Meet with Parents/Guardians and BCBA to discuss treatment goals and progress.
Qualifications:
A passion to work with individuals (children) on the Autism Spectrum or with special needs. Excellent communication skills with the clients, their parents/guardian, and BCBA. Ability to lift 50lbs or more. Be receptive to constructive feedback from supervisors. Reliable transportation. Age 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
