Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Previous experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations preferred Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and assess individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct behavioral services to students as outlined in IEPs Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings Oversee and coordinate with Registered Behavior Technicians and support staff Train teachers, aides, and school staff on behavioral interventions and data collection Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document outcomes Serve as a resource and advocate for students and families within the school community Shape the educational experience of students as a BCBA, working in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
