Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Direct experience working with children, preferably in school or similar educational settings Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm for working with elementary and middle school students

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students using evidence-based behavioral practices Assist in implementing individualized education and behavioral intervention plans Accurately collect and record data regarding student progress and behaviors Collaborate with other school staff and participate in team meetings as required Engage in ongoing training and professional development to refine RBT skills
