We're seeking a dedicated BCBA to step in for a maternity leave, providing specialized support and guidance for individual students through December 23rd. What You'll Bring:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing Experience supporting K-12 students in educational settings preferred Strong capability in developing classroom strategies for students with diverse needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers and aides Flexibility to start as soon as possible and fulfill the contract through December 23rd
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support and develop tailored behavioral interventions for individual students Observe classroom interactions, assess student needs, and design practical strategies for teacher implementation Offer in-the-moment support to teachers and aides, guiding them in the use of effective behavioral methods Lead staff training sessions to empower classroom teams with best practices in behavior management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and continuity in student care Perks of the
