This full-time position runs from November through March, making it an excellent fit for BCBAs seeking a rewarding, temporary assignment.
What you bring:
Current BCBA certification and credentials Previous experience as a BCBA within a school setting preferred Strong skills in functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention planning Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities Able to work full-time hours throughout the assignment Enthusiasm for supporting students, staff, and families What you'll do: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective strategies for student success Provide direct consultation, training, and support to educators and paraprofessionals Monitor student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and maintain thorough documentation Foster a positive learning environment by promoting inclusive and proactive behavioral practices
