We're looking for a BCBA who is passionate about quality care, strong family relationships, and making a real impact in the communities we serve. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs Train and support parents and caregivers Analyze data and guide client progress Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals Want More Than Clinical Work? For BCBAs interested in growth, there are opportunities to: Interview and help hire team members Mentor and support staff development Contribute to program development and quality improvement Participate in leadership and organizational growth initiatives Qualifications ActiveBCBA/LBA
certification Master's degree in a related field Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Spanish-speaking preferred, for specific cases Why TE(A)CH?
