Qualifications & Experience:
Current, active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is mandatory Experience in a school setting or working with children or adolescents preferred Solid skills in gathering and documenting relevant behavioral information Strong communication abilities for engaging with students, staff, and families Reliability and commitment to an onsite role
Responsibilities:
Collect behavioral and educational data as required for student care plans Work closely with school faculty, other clinicians, and families to support positive student outcomes Implement behavioral interventions based on best practices and individual student needs Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress and daily activities Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
