This onsite role is designed for a dedicated behavior technician ready to make an impact through applied behavior analysis in a collaborative environment. You'll work standard school hours, providing direct support, conducting observations, collecting data, and contributing to individualized education plans for students with a variety of needs. What we're seeking: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with teachers, counselors, and related service providers Proficient in gathering, documenting, and reporting behavioral data accurately Strong communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills What you'll do: Deliver 1:1 or small group behavioral intervention and support in classrooms Implement individualized behavior support plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Accurately collect data, document interventions, and participate in regular team meetings Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure continuity of care Monitor student progress and adapt strategies as recommended Maintain ethical standards and uphold confidentiality at all times This full-time contract assignment offers the unique satisfaction of supporting students' growth over the academic year.
