Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, behavior analysts, and families Capable of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to school/district policies Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Implement ABA intervention plans under the supervision of BCBA or other qualified professionals Collect behavioral data accurately and consistently Support student behavior goals and promote social, emotional, and academic growth Provide feedback to behavior teams and participate in ongoing student progress discussions Gather and document pertinent information to support assessment and goal setting Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
