This contract position extends district-wide, providing key behavioral support across multiple school buildings from now through May 2027. Qualifications & Experience:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, with active national BACB certification Experience supporting school-aged children or working within educational settings is highly valued Strong data collection, analysis, and report-writing skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially working across teams and with diverse student populations Must be able to travel between district buildings as needed Ability to complete required onboarding tasks, including fingerprinting and registry list screening

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver functional behavioral assessments and analysis district-wide, tailoring strategies to various school environments Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and related service staff to design and implement positive behavior intervention plans Conduct staff training and parent consultations to encourage consistent support across settings Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing intervention Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and regulatory standards Serve as a behavioral resource for multiple campuses, enhancing a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere Youll enjoy the flexibility of a contract role while developing your skills in education and behavioral science.
