Key Qualifications:

Current national BACB certification required Experience as a BCBA in a school setting preferred Fingerprinting and registry list clearance as part of onboarding Effective communication and adaptability in diverse educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve district-wide, traveling between school buildings to provide onsite behavior analysis services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual behavior intervention plans Deliver staff and teacher training on behavior support strategies Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress Remain current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and ensure all recommendations adhere to BACB ethical standards
