Hiring Behavior Specialists Location:

Wilmington, VT Contract Position Bilingual Therapies is currently seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time contract positions within a supportive school district in Wilmington, Vermont. This role focuses on providing direct behavioral support to students with significant behavioral needs through evidence-based interventions, data collection, and collaboration with educators and a supervising BCBA.

Start Date:

Openings for remainder of current school year (2025-2026) and next school year (2026-2027)

Hours:

Full-Time (35-37.5 hours per week)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (during school hours)

Caseload:

Behavior-intensive caseload providing 1:1 and/or small group support Primarily elementary-level students, with potential high school placements based on candidate experience Multiple school site placements available; assignments will be determined based on candidate experience, preference, and location Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process

Job Qualifications:

RBT certification required Open to candidates with strong experience in ABA, behavioral support, or related roles (e.g., BTs, paraprofessionals) Prior experience working with students with behavioral challenges strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity Strong communication, collaboration, and consistency in service delivery Ability to collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
