This position is ideal for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), and we encourage Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) and Extended Functions Dental Assistants (EFDAs) to apply. We are also happy to train the right Dental Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and advance into the role. This is a full-time position available for immediate hire. Dental Assistant Responsibilities Take diagnostic x-rays. Perform intraoral digital scans using advanced scanning technology. Assist the doctor during dental procedures. Set up treatment rooms for procedures. Sterilize instruments and maintain proper sterilization protocols. Clean and disinfect treatment rooms and sanitize the office according to infection control standards. Educate and motivate patients on maintaining excellent oral hygiene. Follow OSHA infection control guidelines. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Assist with additional clinical duties as needed. Front desk experience, including answering the phone and scheduling appointments, is a plus. Qualifications Valid California Dental X-Ray License required. At least one year of dental assisting experience is preferred. RDA license is preferred, and we strongly encourage RDAs and EFDAs to apply. Basic computer skills. Comfortable working with patients of all ages. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. If you are not yet an RDA but you are the right fit for our practice, we are willing to provide training and support to help you develop your skills and advance your career, including assistance with the RDA licensing process. Our office is fully digital and utilizes the latest dental technology, including iTero and CEREC intraoral scanners, digital imaging, and modern restorative workflows. Experience with digital printing, intraoral scanning, or CAD/CAM dentistry is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate who is excited to learn and work with advanced dental technology.
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees (40 hours per week). Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation:
$22.00-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and licensure (Dental Assistant, RDA, or EFDA).
