We provide professional training programs for dentists who want to learn the Pinhole® Surgical Technique, a minimally invasive treatment approach for gum recession developed by Dr. John Chao. Our team supports dentists through the training process, including course registration, program communication, seminar preparation, educational materials, marketing, and follow-up. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dental Training & Operations Coordinator Assistant to support the daily operations of our dental training programs. This is not a teaching position . The person in this role will not teach dentists, provide clinical advice, or act as a dental professional. Clinical education is handled by licensed dentists and approved instructors. Dental experience is not required. Training will be provided. However, the right candidate should be comfortable learning dental-related information, communicating professionally with doctors, using computers and digital tools, and helping with a variety of office, marketing, and training-support tasks. Because we are a small team, this position is best for someone who can learn quickly, stay organized, take ownership, and grow into a broader role over time. Responsibilities Assist with course registration and attendee communication Answer and make professional phone calls Communicate with dentists and dental offices by phone, email, and text Follow up with interested doctors, registered attendees, and other contacts Support marketing, outreach, email campaigns, ads, and social media updates Assist with basic website updates, links, images, forms, and online content Help prepare simple flyers, emails, slides, graphics, or promotional materials Maintain records, spreadsheets, schedules, and contact lists Organize seminar materials, supplies, equipment, and training-room setup Help prepare for dental training events before, during, and after programs Learn approved program information and know when to confirm answers with the doctor or team Support general office operations and other projects as needed What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, organized, and willing to learn. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with people, using computers, handling different types of tasks, and working in a small-team environment. This position is best for someone who enjoys learning new things, can take initiative, and is interested in growing into a broader role over time. A background in dentistry, healthcare, marketing, website/design work, or office operations is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided.
