in Irvine. The hours of work are from 8:15 am to 5:15 pm on Mondays to Thursdays . In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dental practice by assisting with patient care and ensuring a smooth workflow. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional dental services. Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and efficient workflow. Prepare patients for treatments by explaining procedures and answering questions. Take good digital X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems like Dentrix and Eaglesoft. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as required. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards. Support pediatric patients with care tailored to their needs. Participate in continuous education to stay updated on dental practices. Proficiency in EMR systems, particularly Dentrix and Eaglesoft. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control practices. Experience with X-ray technology and four-handed dentistry techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is required.
