We are a small specialty office open Tuesday through Thursday. We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized, and clinically skilled assistant who enjoys taking initiative, supporting the doctor, and helping lead the clinical team. The Lead Dental Assistant plays a key role in maintaining efficient clinical operations, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience is required (at least 2 years). Current Dental X-ray Certification is required.
