Job Description

Dental Assistant - Full Time We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and enjoys working in a positive, fast-paced dental environment. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during restorative and general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations Set up and break down operatories Sterilize and maintain dental instruments Assist with patient seating and preparation Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide patients with clear post-operative instructions Assist with impressions, scans, and other laboratory procedures as needed Maintain infection control and OSHA standards Monitor and maintain dental supplies Assist with maintaining an organized and clean clinical environment Communicate effectively with the dentist, hygienists, front office, and other team members Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Dental assisting certification/registration as required by state regulations Current CPR certification preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor Dependable and punctual Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Open Dental experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and friendly team environment Modern dental office and technology Opportunities for professional growth Benefits available based on position and eligibility We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, hardworking, and passionate about patient care .
