5:00 AM - 1:30 PM + OT Job Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fabricator/Woodworker to join our team! The ideal candidate has experience with woodworking, reading blueprints, operating machinery, and assembling custom wood products. You'll be working with different wood materials while focusing on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process. Job Duties Build and assemble custom wood products according to specifications. Read and follow blueprints and work instructions. Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely. Measure and cut materials accurately. Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process. Sand, finish, and prepare products as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Requirements Previous woodworking or fabrication experience required. Experience reading blueprints and work instructions. Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Must pass a background check, E-Verify, and drug screen .
