Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Job Description Modern Private Practice | Growth-Focused | Patient-Centered Position Overview We are a modern, technology-driven private dental practice seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, efficient, compassionate, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities
  • Assist doctor during a wide range of procedures including restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, and surgical procedures
  • Take digital radiographs
  • Fabricate temporary crowns
  • Perform coronal polishing within California scope of practice
  • Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
  • Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Proper instrument processing and sterilization
  • Assist with clinical charting and documentation
  • Support front office team when needed
  • Maintain organized and efficient clinical workflow Qualifications
  • Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • X‑ray certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with digital dentistry preferred Ideal Candidate

Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
