Join Our Growing Endodontic Team Synergy Endodontics is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced and growing specialty practice in Palm Desert, California. Whether you have previous dental assisting experience or are a recent graduate eager to learn, we are looking for a motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to grow with our practice. Our office is dedicated exclusively to endodontic care, providing an excellent opportunity to learn specialized procedures and develop your skills in a supportive environment. Training is available for the right candidate. Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation $18.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) options Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Employee discounts Free continuing education courses provided by affiliated vendors Responsibilities Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and process dental radiographs Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Support patient care by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure efficient daily operations Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Current Radiology Certification preferred Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, professional, and a strong team player Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Synergy Endodontics?
