Key Qualifications:

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license required SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY both welcome Experience in pediatric settings or with school-aged children preferred Knowledge of best practices in school-based speech therapy Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse PreK-5th grade caseload Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and document student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Serve onsite across assigned school locations as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning Maintain compliance with district and state SLP requirements
