Job Description
Our dental practice is looking for a full-time RDA or DA to join our growing team. Our general practice office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We are proud to provide quality, ethical and honest care to our patients. The schedule is moderately paced (scheduling one column for doctors), PPO and fee for service only. Doctors see 5-8 patients per day and hygiene sees 7 patients per day. We are looking for an assistant who shares our philosophy of providing patients with exceptional quality and honest treatment. Our ideal candidate is a reliable, self-motivated team player with great people skills, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Current California x-ray license, familiar with digital x-rays
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of dental clinical procedures and sterilization procedures
- Excellent chair-side manner and abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Caring, warm and positive attitude, team player
- Honest, dependable and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic, independent problem solver
- Computer savvy (Dentrix preferred)
Main Duties:
- Chairside assisting and taking digital x-rays
- Maintain neat work environment and sterilize instruments according to OSHA protocol
- Work with the dentist to keep the flow of back office operations, such as reviewing health history forms, taking inventory of supplies and ordering as needed.
- Support front office operations, including insurance verification and answering phones and appointment scheduling if needed.

Full-time Pay:
$25.00- $35.
