Job Description
We are a private general dentistry office looking for a caring and competent Dental Assistant who is willing to learn new things, work efficiently, and always pleasant to our patients. We take great pride in the relationships we have developed with our patients and need someone who truly puts patients first. Looking for a team player that will help the office run smoothly. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail and take care of high tech equipment. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and willing to learn new skills. Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including patient assessment, taking X-rays, and providing chairside assistance
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Perform basic laboratory duties such as pouring and trimming models, fabricating temporary crowns, and taking impressions
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience
- X-ray certification required
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

$23.00- $28.
