What We Offer Competitive compensation package Supportive work environment with modern facilities and advanced technology Opportunities for mentorship and career growth A diverse patient population and rewarding clinical experiences Responsibilities Patient Care Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile Ensure patients are well informed and comfortable — before, during, and after their appointment — about their treatment and oral health Clinical Support Take and process dental radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos Prepare and sterilize treatment room and equipment Provide chair-side assistance to providers during treatment procedures Document dental care services by charting in patients' records Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment Requirements 6+ months of practical experience as a pediatric dental assistant - will train the right candidate! CPR or BCLS certification Completion of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program (preferred) Quick learner with problem-solving skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Technical/troubleshooting skills for software used in charting, patient records, and scheduling Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth Organized, with solid knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology Ortho experience is a plus!
