Overview Join our expanding dental practice as a Front Desk Dental Office Coordinator and or dental assistant "Looking for a
HARDWORKING
front desk team member who pays attention to the details. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, insurance verifications, and medical records with precision and professionalism. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations while fostering a friendly environment that encourages patient trust and satisfaction. we are looking for part time position for now, transitioning to full time position within 5 months Our main goal is to have some Duties Greet patients warmly, and guiding them through check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments efficiently using dental office management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, ensuring optimal patient flow Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility Manage medical and dental records accurately within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as eClinicalWorks or Dentrix, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while addressing patient inquiries and appointment request Qualifications minimum one year experience in a dental office as front desk or dental assistant We are willing to train any one with History of dental assistant position with clinic or office experience
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
