Lead Registered Dental Assistant (Lead RDA)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, with future Saturdays from 8:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM as needed.

Your Areas of Expertise Are you confident in your dental assisting skills and passionate about patient care? Do you know dentistry inside and out? The ideal candidate will support the doctor and hygienist across a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, implants, and cosmetic dentistry. You will also help support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth clinical operations and an exceptional patient experience. Why Join Our Team? Leadership role with a direct impact on patient care and team success Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to mentor and support fellow team members Be part of a team focused on high-quality care and efficiency What You'll Do Support and mentor the dental assisting team Prepare treatment rooms and help ensure clinical standards are maintained Assist the doctor during procedures with efficiency and accuracy Support the doctor and hygienist during general, implant, and cosmetic procedures Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation Take high-quality, accurate X-rays Educate patients on treatment and reinforce recommendations Support clinical scheduling and patient flow Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Assist with lab case tracking and coordination Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to support daily operations What We're Looking For Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience Leadership or mentorship experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience with advanced procedures, including implants and cosmetic dentistry, preferred Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care and compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment BLS certification required Apply Today!
